Carbs Fuel: Energy from the Rocky Mountains
Why does sports nutrition have to be so complicated and expensive? That’s the question endurance athlete Gabe Multer asked himself. Together with metabolism physiology expert Aaron Gouw, he developed a solution that’s simple and effective: an energy-packed gel – affordable, easy to digest, and made for intense sessions. Each Carbs Fuel Energy Gel delivers 50 g of carbohydrates – that’s twice as much as many conventional gels. The 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio ensures fast energy delivery and optimal absorption. The 1:0.8 glucose to fructose ratio reflects the latest research for effective carbohydrate absorption while minimizing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort. With a blend of simple and complex carbohydrates – including highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) – this mix delivers both quick and sustained energy.
