Cancellation Policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Sporthunger GmbH, Brecherspitzstr. 8, 81541 Munich, Germany, tel.: 017630585111, e-mail: kundenservice@sporthunger.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of cancellation online on our website at the internet address https://www.sporthunger.de/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without undue delay, including information about the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of cancellation: The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward (freight collect).
3) Please note that the above points 1 and 2 are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
