Packaging & Recycling

As an online shop, we place packaging on the market — primarily shipping cartons, filling paper and tape that travel with your orders to you. Pursuant to Section 15 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we inform you here about proper disposal and the return option.

Participation in a Dual System

All our sales and shipping packaging is licensed with a dual system for area-wide take-back:

  • Dual system: EKO-Punkt GmbH & Co. KG (Remondis Group)
  • LUCID registration number: DE2732463854883

This ensures that the packaging is fed into recycling via the household collection system (yellow bag / Gelber Sack, paper bin / Papiertonne, etc.).

How to Dispose of the Packaging Correctly

  • Shipping carton (corrugated cardboard): paper recycling / paper bin (Papiertonne)
  • Filling paper: paper recycling / paper bin
  • Paper tape: may remain on the carton and goes into the paper recycling
  • Plastic bags (e.g. polybags used for apparel): yellow bag / yellow bin (Gelber Sack / Gelbe Tonne)
  • Aluminium composite pouches (e.g. beverage powder, gel sachets): yellow bag / yellow bin
  • Paper labels: leave on the carton and dispose of together with the paper recycling

Return to Us

If you do not wish to dispose of the packaging via the dual system, you can send it back to us (postage costs are borne by the sender):

Product Packaging of Our Brands

For the packaging of the branded products we distribute, either the manufacturers themselves or we, as the importer, participate in the dual systems, depending on the origin of the product. This packaging can also be disposed of via the yellow bag or the appropriate waste fraction.
