Cluster Dextrin is a complex, highly branched cyclic dextrin. This relatively new carbohydrate source is particularly suitable for energy supply in endurance sports due to its various properties. A high molecular weight and low osmolarity provide rapid stomach passage, which is thought to prevent a bloated stomach sensation. The high water solubility does not only allow a large amount of powder to be mixed with water, but also makes the sports drink easier to digest. 

Even though it contains 100 gr of carbohydrates per 500 ml of drink, the Superfuel Drink Mix is surprisingly mild in taste and doesn't feel too sweet in any way. We would describe both flavors as slightly fruity.

Application: Mix up to 7 scoops (105 gr) with 250 ml of water, shake well and then add another 250 ml of water. Shake the mixture well again after about 10 minutes. The package contains a net weight of 840 gr, which corresponds to eight servings at full dosage. For those who prefer an even milder taste, 5-6 scoops can still mix a very high-energy sports drink here.
