After intense physical training, glycogen stores are usually depleted. By supplying carbohydrates in the form of a drink, you can quickly replenish your energy stores. This is particularly important when the next session is scheduled for the following day, or when triathletes plan two sessions per day (e.g. run and swim). Proteins on the other hand, accelerate and support the regeneration processes of the muscles.

Application: Immediately after your activity of choice, add 2 heaped scoops (59 grams) in 350-500 ml of water and shake. Tasty tip: replace water with almond or coconut milk.

One package contains 708 grams of Recovery Mix and is enough for about 12 servings, depending on use.

About Skratch Labs

The company was founded by Dr. Allen Lim, a sports scientist and former coach for a professional cycling team. In order to provide better nutrition for his professional cyclists, Dr. Lim began to create his own sports nutrition, as most other products contained too many artificial additives and caused stomach problems for his athletes. His success proved him right and demand for his "Secret Drink Mix" quickly grew. Shortly afterwards, he founded the company together with a friend in Boulder (Colorado). We like the minimalist approach to the ingredients and, above all, the taste of the products.
