About Saltstick

Saltstick was founded in 2002 in California by Jonathan Toker, a Ph.D. chemist and professional triathlete. During a rainy race, he realized there had to be a better way to store electrolyte capsules on the go than taping them to his bike frame. This experience inspired the idea for a practical dispenser that would be easy to use—even under the toughest race conditions.

Today, Saltstick is globally recognized not only for its innovative dispensers but also for its scientifically designed electrolyte capsules, which effectively replenish minerals lost through sweat.
