Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that send the products to the following address:

The Carb Only Drink Mix is perfect for athletes who want to tailor their energy intake individually. By excluding electrolytes, carbohydrate intake can be managed independently of sodium intake — ideal when combined with Precision Hydration electrolyte tablets or capsules.

Usage: Mix 30–60 g of powder with 500 ml of water (depending on desired carbohydrate concentration). Shake well and, if needed, shake again after 10 minutes. One package (930g) yields 15–60 servings depending on the mixture (equivalent to approx. 7.5–30 litres of ready-to-drink beverage).

Precision Fuel & Hydration was founded by Andy Blow, a sports scientist and former triathlete who sought a solution after experiencing dehydration and cramps himself. Drawing on his expertise and experience as a team sports scientist in Formula 1, he developed tailored hydration solutions. With the support of Dr. Raj Jutley, Andy was able to establish Precision Fuel & Hydration, with the goal of providing athletes with personalized hydration strategies to optimize their performance.
