PILLAR Energy Gel
Pillar's energy gel provides you with 30 g of rapidly available carbohydrates and was developed to ensure high carbohydrate intake during endurance sports.

- Glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1:0.8
- 82 mg of sodium per gel
- Suitable for a plant-based diet, gluten-free

How to use: Take 1–3 gels per hour, depending on the level of exertion. The glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1:0.8 is designed to enable a high carbohydrate intake of 90 g or more per hour.
One gel has a net weight of 50 g. One box (12 gels) has a net weight of 600 g.
