MOONVALLEY Energy Bars
Vegan energy bars made from dates and oats, refined with delicious and natural ingredients. Developed with a vision for simple, vegan, and organic energy food.
- Made from natural, certified organic ingredients.
- 26-28 g of carbohydrates per bar (depending on the variety).
- Gluten-free, vegan, palm oil-free, and no added sugar.
- No fructose-glucose syrup and no preservatives
The bars are well balanced in taste and, thanks to the use of date paste, never too dry. Perfect for long runs, bike rides, hikes, or simply with tea or coffee.
Swedish ultra-runners Mimmi Kotka, Emilie Forsberg, and Ida Nilsson set themselves the task of developing an energy bar that was tailored precisely to their needs as athletes. They found the perfect base in dates and oats, and then just had to round off the flavor in different varieties.
We think they got it just right. Our favorites are “Red Beets & Orange” and “Cardamom.”
