  • 20g protein (whey protein isolate) and 30g carbohydrates per serving
  • With L-glutamine for muscle regeneration and glycogen regulation

Application: Mix two scoops with approx. 250 ml of water immediately after training or racing. The included whey protein supports the repair and reconstruction of your muscle tissue.
