ROCTANE Energy Gels are designed for long-duration and high-intensity activities with more electrolytes for hydration and amino acids for your muscles.
- All ROCTANE gels contain extra sodium and BCAA's (amino acids)
- A 32 g gel contains 100 kcal and approx. 21 g carbohydrates
- Enriched with minerals, caffeine, and amino acids (depending on flavor)
- Vegan and gluten free
- Consists of maltodextrin and fructose
The gels are generally rather viscous and should be taken with some liquid. These small 32 g energy packs are a practical source of energy and can be accommodated in any pair of running pants or cycling vests.
The mix of simple and complex carbohydrates is designed to help provide you with consistent energy. We recommend taking one to two gels per hour during activity - depending on tolerance.
