Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that send the products to the following address:

Small, light and still an absolutely essential part of the equipment in mountaineering and other adventures. In an emergency, the rescue blanket can protect injured people from hypothermia.

The RaidLight rescue blanket meets the requirements of the mandatory equipment for most ultra races such as UTMB or Zugspitz Ultra. It is ultra light with a weight of only 65 grams and has a minimal pack size of 7.cm x 10cm (unfolded 1.5mx 2.4m).

Application: The silver side should face towards the body as it reflects body heat. The golden side makes you more recognizable for rescue workers (e.g. in the snow). At very high temperatures, the rescue blanket can also be used as a shade provider, then stretch it out with the silver side to the outside for maximum light reflection.

About RaidLight

RaidLight was founded in 1999 by Benoit Laval, a French trail and ultra-runner. Like many startups, it all began with an idea, a garage, and plenty of enthusiasm. In 2010, the company acquired Vertical, a French brand specializing in mountain and alpine equipment, to share resources and expertise. Vertical is known for its MP+ membrane, a hydrophilic and breathable material that soon found its way into various RaidLight products.

Although RaidLight became part of the Rossignol Group in 2016, it regained its independence in August 2020 under the leadership of Benoit Laval. Today, a team of around 20 employees works at the Outdoor Lab in the heart of the Chartreuse mountain range, developing innovative and functional products.
