Recovery drink based on a carbohydrate and protein mix to support regeneration. Faster regeneration enables a higher and more intensive training frequency.
- 20g protein (whey protein isolate) and 30g carbohydrates per serving
- With L-glutamine for muscle regeneration and glycogen regulation
- With sea salt to support your electrolyte balance
- Gluten free
Mix one sachet with approximately 250ml of water immediately after training or racing. The included whey protein supports the repair and reconstruction of muscle tissue. Each serving also contains 30 grams of fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen stores, which is vital for endurance athletes.
In terms of taste, you can never go wrong with vanilla and chocolate. To take it to the next level, we recommend mixing the powder with coconut or almond milk instead of water.
