- 20g protein (whey protein isolate) and 30g carbohydrates per serving

Mix a single pack with approximately 250ml of water immediately after training or competition. The included whey protein is said to support the repair and reconstruction of muscle tissue. Each serving also contains 30 grams of fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen stores, so important for endurance athletes.
In terms of taste, you can never go wrong with vanilla and chocolate. As an upgrade, we recommend using coconut or almond milk instead of water.
