The Clear Hydration Drink Mix from Skratch Labs offers a mild tasting and refreshing way to hydrate your electrolytes. It is particularly nice in hot temperatures when you don't want an overly sweet taste. Also works well for us when the head or stomach won't accept traditional sports drinks during long distance or ultra runs.

The primary intended use of the Clear Hydration Mix is electrolyte replenishment. For intensive sessions we recommend a sports drink with a higher carbohydrate content, such as the Super High Carb Mix from Skratch Labs.

Every athlete has a different sodium concentration in their sweat, and some need more sodium than others. The beauty of Clear Hydration Drink Mix is that you can add as much as you need without greatly affecting the taste.

Application: Mix one scoop in 350ml - 500ml. We recommend first mixing the powder with half of the water, shake well and then add the rest of the water. The quantities can be changed according to your needs. One package contains 240 gr of drink powder, which is about 16 servings.
