Drink mix to support recovery and regeneration after intensive sessions. In a practical single pack for on the go.

Rice protein is used as the basis for production, to which essential amino acids are also added. In contrast to classic protein shakes, recovery drinks for endurance athletes contain carbohydrates in addition to protein to replenish glycogen stores. This will get you ready for the next unit faster.
How to use: Simply mix with up to 500 ml of water and the regeneration drink is ready. As a taste upgrade, we also like to use almond or coconut milk. Then it will be really tasty. One bag contains a net weight of 61 g.

"Den Geruch (ich hatte Salted Caramel) fand ich gewöhnungsbedürftig (irgendwie erbsig?), geschmeckt hat es aber doch ganz gut und ich bekam die 500ml sehr leicht getrunken. Vielleicht lohnt es sich, den Mix in einer Softflask anzumischen, damit man das Zeug nicht riechen muss ;-)"
