The Skratch Labs Hydration Mix is perfect for workouts in warm and hot temperatures and for athletes who sweat a lot. Its primary purpose is rehydration and fluid balance. It is not designed as a primary energy source, so the carbohydrates per serving alone are not sufficient for intense workouts or races.
We’re particularly impressed by the light, fruity flavor, which isn’t overly sweet but makes the drink interesting enough to encourage you to drink the necessary fluids. This is where Skratch Labs’ decision to avoid artificial flavors and colors really pays off.
How to use: Mix 22 g (one scoop) with 500 ml of water and drink over 1–2 hours as needed. We recommend taking a holistic approach to electrolyte intake, meaning you should consider the total amount of electrolytes in your planned nutrition plan. One bag contains a net weight of 440 g, which is equivalent to 20 servings.
