How to use: During prolonged exertion, swallow one capsule every 30-60 minutes with a little water. The contents can also be dissolved in liquid. During prolonged physical exertion, take up to a maximum of 10 capsules per day.

Saltstick was founded in 2002 in California by Jonathan Toker, a Ph.D. chemist and professional triathlete.
