Magnesium is also used after physical activity to support the recovery phase and fight against muscle aches, pains, cramps and spasms. In general, improved sleep and recovery offer great potential for better performance, as training can be resumed more quickly. The tablet form is a practical alternative to powder, which has to be diluted with water.

One can contains a net weight of 113 g (90 tablets) and corresponds to approximately 45 servings.

How to use (adults): Two tablets per day. Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime (swallow with liquid). Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

Food supplement: Vitamin supplements cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Keep out of the reach of young children.
