Pillar's Triple Magnesium contains three select forms of bioavailable magnesium, developed to provide multi-action support for neuromuscular function and recovery.

- Supports nervous system health
Magnesium is also used to support the recovery period after physical activity, including muscle aches, pains, cramps and spasms.
The berry variety is flavoured with natural strawberry and beetroot extract. We find the taste appealing, but would describe it as berry-like with a slightly tropical note. For those who prefer a truly tropical flavour, we recommend the Pineapple & Coconut variety. The Lemon Lime variety is now also available as a summer refreshment.
200 g of magnesium powder in a glass container or pouch is equivalent to approximately 40 servings. Natural Berry Flavor is also available in a 400 g pouch, which is equivalent to approximately 80 servings.
