Carbohydrates continue to be the main source of energy in the drink. Here Näak relies on a combination of simple and more complex carbohydrates in the form of dextrose, maltodextrin and gluten-free oat flour. This is intended to achieve a constant energy supply and high tolerability.
The taste here is really great, especially when consumed warm. It's nothing new that soup at aid stations has saved one or two races. Now you can “cook” these yourself quickly and easily; all you need is a little warm water.
Directions : mix a measuring spoon with 500 ml of water (warm or cold). Shake well. One bag contains 720g of powdered drink, which corresponds to around 10 servings.
