Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that send the products to the following address:

The EXOspikes are made for trail and hiking shoes and tend to be larger than running shoes- if you are between two sizes, we recommend taking the smaller version. If you are looking for traction aids for icy flat and urban conditions should check out the Kahtoola NANOspikes.

The upper and lower parts of the spikes are connected by stainless steel links. The lower part is a kind of external skeleton made of particularly robust TPU. Twelve 8 mm long spikes made of extremely resistant tungsten carbide steel are anchored in the lower part, which are anchored in large aluminum bushings. This creates stepped spikes that provide grip on both ice and snow and are not uncomfortable when walking over stones and rocks. The spaces between the skeleton remain free so that the shoe sole profile can further improve traction.

The EXOspikes are made for trail and hiking boots and tend to run large – if you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller option. For very minimalist running shoes, you should go down one shoe size.

Wash with lukewarm water and air-dry (do NOT dry with heat). Ensure the product is clean and dry before storage. Inspect device before each use and remove it from footwear between uses.
