Find the right size
1. T8 uses Asian sizes! If you have larger thighs and prefer your clothing a bit loose or are between two sizes, then order one size up.
2. Women who like to wear their shorts a little looser can try the men's version of the T8 Sherpas. Conversely, we recommend men who prefer their clothing snug to give the women's version a try!
3. Position the waistband of the T8 running shorts above your belly button, tighten the drawstring, and then pull the shorts up over your hips. You can adjust the fit from both the inside and outside through small slits.

Important: The Sherpa running shorts do not have a built-in liner. For maximum comfort and to avoid chafing, we recommend pairing them with the T8 Commandos running underwear.

"Die hose ist okay, aber nicht so toll wie erwartet. Von der Größe her hätte ich auch meine übliche M nehmen können, wie auch zb bei Salomon. Das Band zum Fest Inden ist nicht dehnbar, sodass man die José nicht zu sehr festschnüren darf, sonst kann man sie nicht schnell unterziehen. Die Hüfttaschen sind auch nicht so gut. Es gibt nur eine größere, in die gerade noch so beim huawei p20 pro passt, aber dann keine soft flask mehr. Das Material ist für den Preis jetzt auch nicht so hochwertig. Das T-Shirt ist schon besser,aber die short hätte nicht sein müssen."

"Ich bevorzuge Hosen ohne Innenhose, somit ist die Sherpa Laufhose ein doppelter Gewinn: sehr leichte kurze Hose + Laufgurt. Letzterer hält selbst mein Handy (Samsung A53) ohne Verlustangst an Ort und Stelle. Das Manko: die innere Beinnaht scheuert etwas."

"Shorts und Unterwäsche bestellt und innerhalb 48h bekommen. Die Qualität ist top, man kann sich frei bewegen, als ob man nichts an hätte. Die Hose lässt sich auch über eine lange Hose super tragen. Ich hatte alles eingepackt (Handy, Schlüssel, Wasserpulle,..) und es saß alles perfekt, ohne zu wackeln. Selbst bei Intervallen ballern, blieb alles fest und merkte ich nicht, dass ich doch einiges dabei hatte. Vielen Dank für den Extra Gel zum weiterkommen ;) und für die minimalistische Verpackung gibt es einen extra Daumen hoch! Super! 100% Empfehlenswert und jeden Euro Wert."
