Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that send the products to the following address:

The ULTRALIGHT 3.0 MP+ is an extremely lightweight, highly functional rain/wind jacket designed specifically for trail running and mountain running.

  • Unisex cut – suitable for men and women
  • Can be worn over a vest with a volume of up to 12L
  • Ultra-lightweight (175 g) and very small pack size
  • MP+ membrane with 25,000 mm Schmerber water column and approx. 50,000 breathability
  • Hood with visor, elastic cuffs, hem and sleeve ends
  • Waterproof watch window and reflective elements for better visibility

The Raidlight ULTRALIGHT is ideal as a “light layer” in a layering system. When worn over a base layer or mid layer, it protects you from wind and rain without restricting your freedom of movement.

We recommend the RAIDLIGHT ULTRALIGHT 3.0 MP+ especially for trail and mountain running, where you carry your vest with you, as the extra material on the back fits perfectly over your vest. The window for your watch also saves you from unpleasant wetness and cold when you want to check your heart rate or navigation.

A premium rain jacket for competitions such as UTMB races, where a waterproof jacket is part of the mandatory equipment.

Care instructions: To maintain the water-repellent effect (DWR) permanently, we recommend occasional refreshing and gentle cleaning without fabric softener.

About RaidLight

RaidLight was founded in 1999 by Benoit Laval, a French trail and ultra-runner. Like many startups, it all began with an idea, a garage, and plenty of enthusiasm. In 2010, the company acquired Vertical, a French brand specializing in mountain and alpine equipment, to share resources and expertise. Vertical is known for its MP+ membrane, a hydrophilic and breathable material that soon found its way into various RaidLight products.

Although RaidLight became part of the Rossignol Group in 2016, it regained its independence in August 2020 under the leadership of Benoit Laval. Today, a team of around 20 employees works at the Outdoor Lab in the heart of the Chartreuse mountain range, developing innovative and functional products.
