Returns
Sportswear & Equipment can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the products have only been tried on but not used. As a hygiene item, underwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. We ask that send the products to the following address:

These capsules are recommended for workouts lasting over 90 minutes. Depending on the intensity of your workout and your salt loss, you can take up to two capsules per hour with water. Do not exceed 15 capsules per day. Salt loss through sweat varies greatly from person to person.
