Recovery Mix to support recovery and regeneration after intense workouts.

The basis for the production is rice protein, to which essential amino acids are added. Unlike classic protein shakes, recovery drinks for endurance athletes contain carbohydrates in addition to protein to replenish glycogen stores. This means you'll be ready for your next session faster.
How to use: Simply mix one serving with up to 500 ml of water and your recovery drink is ready. For a flavor upgrade, we also like to use almond or coconut milk, which makes it really delicious. One package contains a net weight of 911 g.
