The PF 90 Gel is designed to provide a consistent energy supply during long runs or bike rides. The texture is crafted to reduce stickiness in the mouth, minimizing the need to wash it down with liquids. We find that the gel goes down smoothly and is well-tolerated in large quantities thanks to its neutral flavor.
The application is simple: unscrew the cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in several portions. Reseal and continue until more energy is needed.
