The capsules contain no carbohydrates – they are purely intended to replace sodium losses. Energy should be supplied through gels or sports drinks. This allows for flexible and precise planning of your energy and hydration strategy. One pack contains 15 capsules and a net weight of 20.4g. A dietary supplement for compensating heavy sweat losses during endurance sports.
