Sports drink for ultra and long distances in a practical single pack for 500 ml of water. The new and improved formula mixes more easily and is allergen-free.
- 55 grams of carbohydrates
- 8 gr wholesome proteins (vegan)
- 650mg Electrolytes
- 1,300 mg BCAAs
This drink mix was designed for athletes who want to perform at their best over really long distances, e.g. ultramarathons or long-distance triathlons. It primarily differs from other sports drinks through the addition of protein (canola protein), which is said to protect against muscle damage and increase endurance.
Carbohydrates are still the main source of energy in the drink. Here, Näak relies on a combination of simple and complex carbohydrates in the form of dextrose, maltodextrin and isomaltulose*. This is intended to achieve a constant supply of energy and a high level of tolerability.
The consistency is a bit cloudier than other classic energy drinks. You can't go wrong with either flavor, especially since they are not overly sweet, which can often lead to "flavor fatigue" over long distances.
Directions: Mix one pack (72 gr) with 500 ml water and shake well.
